- If it’s a gated community, make sure that the amenities, such as drainage, water, pool, clubhouse, electricity, etc., are developed by its builder.
- Make sure that the plot layout follows the current HMDA layout approved rules. It should include mandatory open spaces, roads minimum 40 feet, and ten houses or plots in an acre, among other rules.
- Ensure the core area’s master plans are notified and available at the GHMC/HMDA office.
